Hotline Outer Banks provides immediate crisis response and support for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. Our advocates are available to listen without judgment, help survivors process what has happened, and provide support during moments of fear, confusion, and uncertainty.

Following an incident, advocates can meet survivors at the hospital to offer emotional support, crisis intervention, information about available options and resources, and help navigating next steps. We understand that reaching out can feel overwhelming, and no one has to face these moments alone.

For survivors fleeing imminent danger due to domestic violence, Hotline Outer Banks can help coordinate emergency shelter and safety planning. Advocates also connect survivors with counseling, healthcare, legal advocacy, and other community resources that support safety, healing, and stability.

All services are free and completely confidential, and are available regardless of age, race, ability, marital status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, language, national origin, immigration status, religion, political affiliation, or socioeconomic status.

Are you or someone you know experiencing a domestic violence or human trafficking situation? Have you or someone you know experienced a sexual assault? If you would like to talk with someone, call or come by. We are here for you.

We are located at:
