Thrift Stores

Thrift Stores

Hotline thrift stores sell donated items, such as clothing, small household items and furniture. These funds directly support the needs of survivors and their children on a local level. The success of this fundraising effort is due to the large numbers of hours worked by store volunteers and the generosity of the community at large.

Hotline Outer Banks owns and operates four thrift stores in Kitty Hawk, Nags Head, Manteo, Frisco and partners with a fifth location in Rodanthe. These stores generate income that directly supports survivors of domestic violence, sexual assualt, and human trafficking through our programs and services. Dedicated volunteers sort, price, and display donated merchandise. Shoppers can browse and shop for everything from clothing, housewares, tools, and books to furniture, accessories, and more! Merchandise constantly changes as newly donated items make their way to the sales floor.

We Can Pick Up!

If your items are too large for you to drop off (like bedroom furniture, dining room furniture, living room furniture, and office furniture), we can schedule a time to pick them up.

Please call (252) 423-4675 Monday-Friday between the hours of 10:00 am to 3:00 pm to schedule a pick-up. If you’re calling outside of those hours, please consider calling back during business hours for quicker scheduling.

If you’d like to leave a message, please include your name, phone number, and a brief description of the items you’d like to donate. We’ll return your call as soon as we can.
